Introducing The BWICR Mentorship Program!

“A mentor is someone who sees more talent and ability within you, than you see in yourself, and helps bring it out of you.” — Bob Proctor.

Mentorship is a wonderful concept that brings out the best in us, that we probably do not even know. A hand to hold and someone to hold up the light for us as we walk the journey is an invaluable friend. One of us who has gone through this process agrees to say:

Praise Report!!!! I’ve been in clinical research for 8 years on a site level. I’ve been wanting to transition to the CRO level but every time I applied I was denied. My sister-friend Ashley Clark added me to this group and then Crystal Smith pushed me to actually use the services! … I was still nervous when I completed my interview but by the time I was done, they were thanking me for being so prepared. Now I have accepted an offer from PPD for a Clinical Team Manager position.”

We need people to nudge us towards where the cake is. We need people who want the best for us around us. This is the role of a mentor. Someone who will add our names into opportunity lists and push us to achieve what we are capable of. On the other end, mentees are individuals ready to leap into opportunities presented and make the most out of them in honor of their mentors. They sit in the laps of their mentors and work towards bettering themselves. In all cases, mentors and mentees have loads to learn from each other!

The only price that comes with a mentorship relationship is that we have to pay it forward in greater measure. This is what brings it all together and makes it a full circle. Welcome to the BWIC Mentorship Program where we provide opportunities for mentors and mentees to grow each other in the Clinical Research Industry! Ready to be someone’s light?
